This policy fulfils the U.S. FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, as well as applicable UK, EU & Australian consumer-protection requirements.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains how Pinjatic LTD (trading as Tiny Tales Club, “we,” “our,” or “us”) produces, ships, and delivers your personalised children’s book ordered from tinytales.club. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below, which form part of our Terms of Service.

• United Kingdom
• United States (all 50 states & DC)
• Any other country listed during checkout process

If your region is not listed, please email support@tinytales.club before ordering.

2. Production Time

Each book is custom-made. Production begins as soon as we receive your completed order and payment. Typical production time is 2-4 business days. We guarantee dispatch within 30 calendar days of order acceptance in compliance with the U.S. FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule (16 C.F.R. §435).

3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

All available shipping services, charges, and real-time delivery estimates are shown at checkout once you enter your shipping address. We dispatch every order within 30 calendar days of acceptance (usually 2–4 business days after purchase). Typical post-production transit times are 11 business days, although actual delivery times may vary due to shipping carrier, customs, remote addresses, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs & Taxes

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
• Orders to the USA, UK, and Australia are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP); all taxes are collected at checkout.
• EU orders include VAT under the IOSS scheme for consignments ≤ €150. Consignments > €150 may incur import charges payable by you on delivery.

5. 30-Day Shipment Promise & Delay Notifications (FTC Rule)

If we cannot dispatch your order within 30 calendar days of acceptance, we will email you a delay notice with a revised shipment date and the option to:

1. Accept the new date, or
2. Cancel the order for a full refund processed to your original payment method within seven (7) business days.

If you do not respond to the delay notice within 30 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically, as required by 16 C.F.R. §435.

6. Delivery Confirmation & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier marks the shipmentdelivered at the address you provided. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate; we are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect your book upon receipt. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@tinytales.clubwithin 14 days of delivery with photos. We will, at our sole discretion, reprint or refund. Where tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the parcel, please contact us within 7 days so we may file a carrier claim on your behalf.

8. Personalised Goods – Cancellations & Returns

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day “cooling-off” period does not apply to goods “made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.” Similar exemptions exist under Australian Consumer Law and most U.S. state statutes.

• Before production begins (usually within 1 hour of order): email us to cancel for a full refund.
• After production begins: orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is defective or we fail to follow your instructions.
• Report defects within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint or refund at our discretion.

Your statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection laws remain unaffected.
